Rock City United Soccer Club is a community-focused soccer organization based in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, dedicated to empowering girls and women through the sport of soccer. Our mission is to provide a supportive, inclusive, and competitive environment where players can develop their athletic abilities, grow in confidence, and foster lifelong teamwork and leadership skills.

Founded on the belief that every girl deserves access to quality training and opportunities, Rock City United offers programs for school-aged girls and women, from youth development clinics to competitive team play—led by experienced coaches who are passionate about growing the game on island and beyond.

OUR STORY
Rock City United Soccer Club was founded by Anna Scott and Magen Cullinan, two former U.S. Virgin Islands Women’s National Team players who saw a gap in access and opportunity for girls in the sport they love.
​
Anna and Magen recognized the need for more pathways for girls to play, grow, and compete in soccer. Too often, young female players lacked the same support and resources available to boys.
​
Rock City United was created to change that—to build a strong, supportive, and competitive environment where girls and women in the Virgin Islands can develop their skills, gain confidence, and build community through the game of soccer.
